Following the major banks' involvement in recent financial scandals (such as the loans to Enron that were disguised as derivative trades), their pointing the finger at another player in a "screw-up" is no surprise. The sad lesson herein is that it takes a Summons and Complaint to garner their attention. Thanks for the comments. I will advise of results, if any.
