Get the 3 individual credit reports, (snail mail) Opt Out,
dispute any old addresses, get them removed.

Once they are removed, dispute the accounts one or two at a time with the CRA's as "not mine" no such accounts on this date for this amount.

If you are oing to be co-owner and on the mortgage, Opt Out on your reports too.
