I have already disputed it with the credit bureau and it came back just like you said. What is a procedural report and how do I request one? Yes Sears is a nasty bunch, they sued for less than a $1,000 so my best advice to anyone that owes Sears and has a hard time paying them is to..."WATCH OUT." Thanks for your help.
