Thank you for responding, I appreciate your insight! I did some searching and found an old bill from a CA in NY during 1992, and an attorney letter from that time. It was the ASS-T person who actually gave the 1993 date to me. I will stay on top of this, it is just too bad that honest citizens have to put up with this crud.
