I just received a call today on one of my late husband's debts with Citicorp (formerly Associates)..Citi issued a 1099 on this debt earlier this year. It was in the company name... I know I have been going thru this long enough to have written down where she was calling from...I was shocked to hear from anyone on these debts...She did tell me that she was representing Citi..I think she was calling from an attorney's office...Apparently, this crap never ends...
