It is gone now. Once the CRA couldn't verify it with the OC they took it off. But, now the CA is sending collection letters. I just want to make sure everything is lined up the way it should be because I can just imagine that they will file a suit against me even though they "verified" the lda as 11/96. On second thought, maybe I should just send the cease and desist letter, if they sue I have the results of the dispute stating that they verified this debt will be 7 yrs old next month.
