back in 1998 i was charge for assault when i had a seizure. But the charges were dropped.But ever since that time I have not been in the same frame of mind.Is there some sort of lawsuit there and has the time of statued run out.I was incarcerated at the time and a corrections officer was involved. There was abuse by the guards not physical but mental thank you
