Send them a C & D letter telling them to only contact you by mail. Wolpoff is an ACA International member. Years ago when I worked for a collection agency (secretarial stuff only), we were members and as long as a debtor was making some effort to pay, we couldn't touch them. I would think this would still be the case. As long as you are making an effort to pay something, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
