I have found that Home Depot Credit Cards are issued under CitiBank USA. I had the same concern on my credit report as you all. I called Home Depot 1-800-677-0232 and sure enough, the account number that appeared on my credit report was a Home Depot credit card. I had them close the account. Hope this helps.
