I am not sure about this, but I think when you divorce and the judge ordered you to pay those accounts, her name can be taken out of the account.
Of course she was suppossed to send the divorce documents to the CC company requesting her name out so they can proceed with the petition. It is not just a phone call, you have to request that by mail with a copy of the divorce papers.
Does how it works in Florida. And for BK in my state there is a 60 term after the 341 to file a complain objecting dischargeability of certain debts. But I don't think she can do anything about it.
There is a lot of law nerds in this forum that can help you with your problem, but they need to know the state where you live.
Good luck! I had my 341 Wednesday.
