Credigy bought the judgment. Validation is pointless, the judgment is enforceable - period.
They are hauling you in for a debtor's examination - determination of assets. You need to get your exemptions prepared ASAP so that you have that with you when you go to court. You MUST claim your exemptions, this will likely keep them from taking much of anything from you.

What state are you in ?

If you were never served, you MAY still have time to appeal the judgment based in improper service. You need to get a copy of the case file ASAP and find out what the proof of service says. I service WAS improper, you may be able to get whole thing vacated.
