If they don't respond within the time allowed, you file for a default judgment with prejudice. If they make this mistake, file as soon as you can as early as you can, because you need to get your motion in before they file something.

Example, they had 20 days and it is up on Monday at 5pm. You are at the courthouse on Tuesday at 8 am and file. If you wait until - for example- Friday- and they file after Monday, but before you get there, you lose your right to the default judgment.

If they answer, then you can file a motion for summary judgment...that basically tells the court that there is no dispute at to the facts of the case and the judge should find in your favor.
