An account that is not "collectible" with a CA, and that they have received legal notification on, (SOL letter) gets returned to the OC, as no other CA wants it.You can try disputing it off from your report, (the OC entry) as incorrect dates or $$ amounts.

I think the rest is just a coincidence.
