I do have all of the statements that the CCCS (Genus CM) ever sent me and records of all the payments Genus debitted from my checking account. Plus I've kept every OC statements, letters and notations (also Cease & Desist letters sent to the OC "hired-guns").

All of the "checks" cashed by Citifinancial R.S. were sent electronically through Genus. The Genus rep. said that she would gather together a record of all the payments (amounts and when) sent to Citifinacial R.S., as well as when the proposal letters were sent and any other correspondence with them (or about them). So now all I can do is wait and see if Genus comes through (just called them yesterday). Since I've been on the Genus program my credit has "gone to the dogs", and I'd really like to fire them. But I'm afraid that the few remaining OC will drop all of the benefits (lower interest, no late fees, etc...) if I take matters into my own hands. Dealing with the OC can be a real pain (which is why I originally let Genus hand it). Are you familiar with Genus Credit Management?

Okay, I will get all 3 credit reports (snail mail right?) and find out exactly when the OC marked my account as delinquent (who got paid an when), and go from there. Plus I'll check your site to figure out if this account is within the SOL for Washington State or not (opened the account 06/99 and have been paying on it since then, with the exceptions of the 4-6 months that we couldn't).

Thank you for helping me get things in perspective. I have learned a ton from you and this forum/website. But I've only hit the "tip of the iceberg". It would have been great to know about this site (and yours) three and a half years ago!
