i am dealing with them right now too. I sent a cease and desist letter for them to stop calling me and to send the account back to MBNA. They are awful. doing research on these guys, validates this feeling.

and i agree with Scott, they should be sued for unlawful actions of harrassment and thinking that they are above the law.

There are many people in our shoes- and a class action suite against them could be quite powerful.

I know the US congress is fed up with them, and is trying to overturn MBNA/W&A ability to charge not only for the debt but the interest and the lawyer fees.

THEY ARE RUTHLESS.
