You are not alone. I sent them a C&D in 2002 they have called me for the three weeks. They leave a message to call about a W&A file that is not mine. If you pick up they say it's important you are put on hold for 20 minutes. I stayon for 10 minutes and hang up just to tick them off. The have a abritration judgement against me which I did not agree to. I have filed a notice to defend and affirmative defenses. Based on lack of proof I agreed to abritrationa and SOL. I tried negotiating with them, no a good idea they lie and will not put anything in writing. They do not answer debt validations. They keep harassing me even though we are headed to court. They never stop. This firm of grease ball law school low achievers need to be stopped. They are rude when you call and do not want to negotiate. W&A victims need to stand up and file a class action suits againts these parasites
