Thank you for response. Yes, I have been to your website many times and it is VERY informative, but your website explains OPEN ACCOUNT,but The Florida Statues do not. I assume the court will want the statue and when I go to your site you list the heading OPEN ACCOUNTS above 4 years, but when I go to Florda Statues online they Do Not list OPEN Accounts under 4 years. The Florida Statues which is the law in Florida does not really spell out Open Accounts per say or if a CC is an open account. Is there another document published in Florida or by a Federal Agency that can be used that classifies a CC being an open account not a written account? Also, the link you give regarding SOL is great, but again seems an opinion of this website which I think will not hold up as law in a Florida court. Sorry, but the Florida Statue 95.11 which is really the only basis of a defence on 4 years SOL on a CC does not seem to really SPELL OUT that a CC is an OPEN ACCOUNT at all Thank you for your time:):)
