Has anybody used this process ? if so, please contact me at bestisp@post.com
The claim is contractual fraud or misrepresentation by the banks and that they are not allowed to extend credit, only loans. Also , that their bookkeping does not meet GPA standards and thus it is a fraudlent contract ? Anybody been there and used this format ?
