I am leaving the country, I have just finished my university. I owe about $3,300 to a C.C. (Visa through Washington Mutual). I am leaving in the end of december begining of january. Most of the bill is school relataded (books and such...). Should I just leave in december w/o paying or is there another way to settle this. I don't have the means to pay all of this off, nor does my family. I have no property here, my address given is at my mothers house who lives here in Florida. I am a citizen and have dual citizenship. (Spain & USA) Can they do anything against my mother or her house??? She cosigned a car loan for me once but that loan has been payed off. Can someone please help me with this situation, please I don't know what to do.... thanks very much
