Is JBC a Law Firm???

My aunt received a very threatening letter from some outfit called JBC and Assoc. I checked with the New Jersey Bar Assoc. and they are not lawyers, even though the letter says they are. My aunt knows nothing about this claim. I saw all of the messages here about JBC. Does anyone have any firm suggstions?
