Is there anyone you can get a loan off of in order to keep your house? I am surprised that you have not received any notice regarding a sale. Another thought. Most attorneys will let you pay them in installments and get the process started for a bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is also something you may want to consider doing yourself. The process may seem confusing, but really isn't.
