Are the dates you refer to of the the "checks" you are referring to with an "accord and satisfction" (which is a bunch of BS as Ca. does not accept a one party A & S and their depositing of the check does not meet the Ca. statute of frauds requirements)??

If so, what was the status of your accounts at the time, were they past due? Had you missed any payments?

I need to know when YOU last paid these original creditors YOURSELF
on a regular monthly billing statement that had NO past due or "late" payment charges added on.
