Are you saying that a NC loan company is requiring that a Fl. judgment be satisfied before she can refinance? Or are you saying she needs it off her report?

If it is a Fl judgment, all she needs to do is make sure her prior Fl. address is removed from her reports, and then dispute the judgment to the CRAs.

The Fl judgment can not be domesticated in NC as it was a default judgment and Fl Courts will not "perfect"a default judgment.
