In our SC courts here, plaintiffs and defendants are sent downstairs to try to "work things out" one last time. After 2 1/2 hours, we came to an agreement then went back in and told the judge. The plaintiff (CA) didn't want to discuss my counterclaim so the judge continued the case for this month and we have our "trial" before the judge on Thursday.
