I have a case that has been filed that is beyond the sol. We are at the point now where they are trying to get a summary judgement. I am objecting to that motion, but I also wanted to file a motion to dismiss based that this case is beyond the sol and that their case has no merit. They don't have any proof to their claim. So, you think I should just file my objection to the summary judgment and then just wait for the court date to show proof that this case is beyond the sol?
