the original was last paid in July of 2000, and they have sold it to several ca and now the one from colordo capital investment from Hurst tx, has now got a lawyer from Okla

Okla is where I am from the original creditor is providian ,

now i need to know if I am going to be in court, or what they are trying to do to me , I did'nt know about validation of it, until now but have been making monthly payments and havent heard a word from them and now not even a bill they once said I wasnt keep my deal with them and i showed them the cancelled checks and the bill they send me and then nothing ever came again and this month I send my payment and I hav'nt got any word from them so if you can help i grealty appericate it
