When was the last time you paid Providian on a regular monthly billing?

If it was over 3 years ago, you cannot be sued, as you are beyond the SOL (statute of limitations) for Ok.

If you go to my website, (scroll down until you see the post "*Newcomers*") and look for the letter to CA re SOL, and send them that letter, you will not be sued, and you do not have to pay them another CENT.

They most likely, had no authority to collect anything from you in the first place.
