Well, I decided to call Exp directly to dispute the duplicate entry. A very pleasant and reasonable representative agreed both tradelines referenced the same account. She also agreed that the tradeline showing the zero balance had been updated more recently even though the tradeline showing the $ balance had been verified more recently. So, the tradeline with the $ balance is going to be removed in 7-10 business days (I’ll be checking) Also, regarding the online purge dates. They are still not available and the representative did not know when they would be available again, only that they should be available “sometime”.
