Fole a dispute with the CRA stating that the account is being reported incorrectly.

If you wish, you can state it should say "included in BK", the "updating" does not affect your credit, as it will still say the same thing except the "included in BK" will be added and no balance showing as due.The account should come off your report 7 years from the initial default date, which is some months prior to the repo date. If you request that "included in BK" be added, you will "self-verify" the entry and lose the opportunity to just plain dispute it as "not mine" "no such account for this date in this amount", (which is what I would suggest you try).
