I posted back in August about an old debt that wasn't on my credit report (dla 12/94). I did as you suggested and sent a SOL letter to the attorney collection agency and never received a response. Now today I run my credit report and listed under collection accounts is a collection agency (Honor Creditors Agency) with the open date as 05/2003 and the date reported 07/25/2003. How can they put a debt pasted the statue of limitations on my credit report? They have never contacted me at all. I am fuming mad. What do I do? This is the only negative mark on my credit report. Please! Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks,
