Follow Scott's advice and also file a dispute with the CRA, with a copy of your SOL letter and a request for immediate deletion of this fraudulently re-aged account.

A filed complaint with the FTC and the Tx AG office will probably be of no effect other than to add to the pile of fraud comlaints against these CA companies, you can try filing a suit, but unless you have been damaged, i.e. had a mortgage app turned down etc. it is hard to get a lawyer to take your case.
