I am in okla, the law office Love, Beal nixon pc in okla city ok, the last time I paid Providian was in 4-2001 on my credit report it say, charged off account account close by credit grantor, and now it shows that ca from tx which is colorado capital investment now has the account and the law office is with them, and there's show charged off account but making payments, there for the same account for providian , so what can I do now I think it's wrong for them to put on my credit record for the same account under different ca ,
do I need to send a valiation to colorado capital ca or the law office, the law office tells me if i don't make the payment by the date they say they will start producers against me , I think they are trying to scare me I wish I knew about the web site before now ,
