There are a few avenues you MIGHT explore. If the repo was not carried out in the legal manner as required by your State,including all notices of sale and accounting of the proceeds of the sale,then you can send a CRRR letter to the CA with a copy (also CRRR) to the OC requesting full disclosure of the repo with copies of all notices etc. etc. pending a possible claim against the OC for violations of UCC §9.and the FCRA - and violations of the FDCPA for the CA.
