What are you doing here? Why in all hell would you fall for his bullcrap? He wants you upset. What he is doing is illegal. Your attorney should immediately file suit against this moron. IT is a federal crime to collect on a BK debt and threats of criminal action are a violation of the fdcpa. What state are you in?
