If a judgment was issued in Florida before October 2001, but not refiled with the Secretary of State by the end of this month the judgement is no longer enforceable which means it's WORTHLESS to the creditor????? So the debtor then is off the hook if not refiled???
What happens if Creditor does not refile and then try's to collect later on a pre October 2001 judgement that was not refiled? What should judgement debtor than use as defense to stop collection please?
