Tell your lawyer that they won't cooperate and give you their address, and then ask the lawyer who is representing you to call them and obtain from them their address. They have to give their actual address to a lawyer since he is an officer of the court. If they won't give the address to mail the bankruptcy letters and paperwork to, then they can be found on contempt charges.

When they get abusive with you, simply ask the lawyer to call.
