I know, my original post was full of horrible spelling errors and wrong terminology. I was just panicked.

I'm in Florida. My lawyer's clerk called back later and told me just to get a friend to call the creditor back and try to get the address again. Huh? I paid for this kind of legal service? I'm sorry but when a creditor is this nasty, I need my lawyer. Now I'm in a double whammy. A harassing creditor and a lawyer who doesn't want to do his part.

I've done more research and will definitely seek further legal action. This creditor went way below the belt verbally attacking me, insulting me as a person, literally yelling at me, etc. I was in complete shock, just calmly asking what the problem was and telling him that I had filed bankruptcy. Any time I tried to give him my lawyer's info., he laughed and insulted me further telling me my lawyer couldn't do anything to protect me because I was a criminal. I couldn't believe the other names he was calling me. Yes, total bully tactic, I know. This creditor also called my parents (that's the only # they had) and told them there is criminal action being filed against me, that I'm a fraud and gave my parents my SSN. Naturally, that sent my parents into total stress mode as they know nothing about this and thought I was going to be "arrested" and so told the rest of the family about the issue. This creditor has caused a big mess. And to think, until today, I hadn't even thought of my bankruptcy in 2 years as I haven't had one problem. Just going about my daily business. Yes, I fell upon financial hardship years ago and regret it now, but learned and am mending my ways. This creditor was telling me that I was hiding behind my skirt, using all types of derogatory comments about being female, etc. Unfortunatley, when I seek further legal action against this creditor, because I didn't record the conversation, I'm afraid it won't do any good.

Anyway, thanks for the posts. We'll see what happens.
