I co-signed a car loan for my ex. She filed bankruptcy. We are divorced. Creditor is going to sue me for balance left after vehicle was repossesed and sold. I was never notified of a date for the sale or provided any info about how the vehicle was going to be sold. I live in Tampa Florida. Do they have a case? Can I win in court since I was not notified?
