Do you know which Collection Agency this scumbag is calling you from ?? Addresses, and phone numbers can be found - its not all that hard.

As the others have stated, this moron is violating FEDERAL Bankruptcy law, first and foremost, and FDCPA on top of that. The BK law holds more weight and if you were to file a Motion for Contempt and Request for Fines and Sanctions with the BK court against this moron, you'd be able to recover all kinds of damages on top of the fines and sanctions against them.

Others have stated correctly - there can be NO CRIMINAL CHARGES brought against you. I'm sure you can find a lawyer who will jump at this one if your own won't !! I'd certainly be pushing hard to get yours to get nasty.

Tell your folks NOT to talk to these jerks. If they call again, have them hang up first, then file a harrassment complaint with the phone company.
