Asset has violated my rights to the point where I HAVE to take them to court! Asset adds charges and interest they can't begin to prove they can add - and thats from every other person I have spoken to that is a victim of this company, not my experience (yet). Asset is trying to extort money from me that the supposed original creditor says they have no record of me owing!!!! The original creditor is NOT on credit report and has no record of anything on my supposed account so how can Asset claim I owe it to them???? Asset has damaged MY credit report with its reaging of an account that is not even mine - it will stay on my report for 7 years from now unless I teach them a lesson. Asset is a cowardly lion, sitting back in their $2000 chairs while they chew up a mom trying to go to college and raise four kids while doing an internship that pays SQUAT. IF I don't owe the money and ASSET tries to damage my life saying I do I am sure as hell going to take them to court - and the comment about having the money to take them to court??? It doesn't cost anything when your parents are willing to pay for the small claims court filing fee for you because they know without helping you there's no way you can get the student loan you need to complete your degree and get a great job to support your four kids. So bite me working man, get off your high horse and smell the crap that it left - some of us are trying to protect or rights and freedoms while Asset tries to step all over us and opress us like the hitler they so proudly appear to be. Asset will see me in court, and they will choke on every piece of crap letter they sent to me write before they pay ME what they owe me and if they don't pay up?? Maybe i'll hire them to collect money from themselves - see how they like their own horse$*%#.
