Call and say you will send the payment as soon as they fax you a settlement agreement. I made the mistake of "settling" over the phone and to make payment arrangements on the "settlement" amount - however I have now discovered they are still intending on collectiong the full amount - they have no record of my phone conversation - how convenient for them... I have just sent a letter saying I want written settlement offer and then will pay the amount they'll settle for as long as they have the judgement vacated.
