I just filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General's Office. I was able to find a Washington State Address for OSI in Tukwila and this jives with the 1-866-315-2494 number (Tukwila, WA, Central Office is 315 exchange).
OSI leaves a pre-recorded message Daily on our unlisted home phone number and one of the times when I phoned back to tell them to take our phone number off of their list, the "Customer Service" Representative asked me if I knew a person that I have never heard of. So, I guess that person either used to have our phone number (we've had it for almost two years) or just pulled it out of a hat. Any way you look at it, it is unjustifiably annoying to us that we cannot get this company to stop dialing our number with this awful recorded message!
