telecheck, SCAN, Why Me?

For a about six months now I have not been able to write a check anywhere they have a TeleCheck scanner. A few months ago I called and the recording (I have yet to get a human)told me to send info. (check numbers, ss#, drivers licence state)I did that and I received a letter telling me I should have no more problems. Well a few weeks later another check was denied. On Sept 24th I sent them the info again and requested my consumer report. I have not received anything yet. On Monday of this week a check was denied at another store and they have SCAN. I called them and they said I was clear and they are sending me a consumer report also.
So my question is why is this happening to me? I have no bounced check, very good credit and no debt? Wil the consumer report (if I ever get them) answer my questions? Thanks in advance for your replys!
