You are certainly well beyond SOL, go to the SOL letter (linked below) and send it to each of the CA's. You can, if you wish, follow it up with the deletion request to the CRA. If you click "Home" at the bottom, you get to my main page which has all the States listed,the statute # to fill in on the SOL letter will be in your State.
