I just filed an Objection to summary judgment however today I got in the mail a paper from the court that states I have 10 days to object to this motion or they will enter jugement (they sent this out before they got my objection). Well written on this paper the judge wants "specific statute of limitations" that I referred to in my interrogatorry answers. My question is, can I file an ammended objection just stating the extra things he wanted to know?
