last year my credit score was 480.. only capital one (i know most of you hate'm) gave me a chance with a 300 unsecured limit... today i have a 670 score, 2 cap1 platinum cards with 2500 each...
so i have to put a sympathy vote for cap1.. household has been ok too, but their yearly fees are stupid and you have to pay $25 if you get a cred line increase
