I would have to vote with Capital One also. I wanted to have a card not affiliated with my husband, and applied two years ago for a secured card. Last year my credit limit was raised to $1600, and this year to $7000. They have been prompt to answer questions, and when I had a questionable charge, they took care of it immediately. I know others have related horror stories about them, but after having done business with them for 3 years, and at least 7 years before that jointly with my husband, we have not had one problem. We do pay our bills online and at least 5 days before the due date, but Capital One credits almost immediately.
