I recently moved and set up a Mailbox Etc to get my mail, which is not where I live of course. Can a CA still sue me if they don't know where I live but do know where I get my mail? They have no other personal information on me, i.e. they don't know where I live, bank or work. I live in CA, and I believe they need to present me with a summons in person, or something like that.
