I'm sure the number is somewhere on the paperwork they send you, or possibly online. But you do need to call. There's no way to cancel online. That's what they're 'banking' on. They know that most people will forget to cancel and get charged, or that if they made it easy to cancel online, everyone would do that too. I'm sure when you finally do get someone after being on hold for 15 minutes they will do their best to persuade you to take another offer or a reduced offer or an additional 3 months or whatever. Tell them you're moving out of the country and you need to cancel.
