M & P (Merchants & Professionals Collection Service) in Tulsa. I just talked to her again and she said that Statue of Limitations is 5 years on this and that once a payment is made that the account starts over again on the SOL. So she is telling me that we made a payment of $50.00 on 6/2001 so it would be 6/2006 before the SOL would run out. She said that this should already be on our credit report.
